The Falcons are a non-profit founded in 1955 that provides youth football, cheer, and dance programs in Southfield and surrounding areas. Our mission is to mentor youth, teaching life skills, teamwork, and fostering personal growth. The Falcons are volunteer-run and have produced NCAA and NFL athletes as well as successful professionals in various fields.
More Than Sports
The Southfield Falcons are more than a sports organization—we are a community-driven program committed to youth development on and off the field. Through partnerships with six schools in the Southfield area, we provide after-school programs that support academic growth, leadership, and personal development.

Our Out-of-School Time (OST) Program offers a wide range of learning opportunities, including mentoring, STEM, financial literacy, arts, health and wellness, career exploration, and more. By combining sports with education and mentorship, we equip young athletes with the skills they need to succeed in life.
